DISCIPLINE CAN MAKE YOU GOMAD
At the risk of sounding like a drill sergeant, we’re serious about discipline, and not just in the way we work out – it’s a part of everything we do, and with good reason.
Punctuality, for instance, is discipline with time. Our workouts start on time and finish on time, because we respect that everyone has things they need to get done, and a finite amount of time to do it.
Mastery is discipline over your actions. It’s not just about making sure your form is right when you do a work out; it’s also understanding the impact of every single action you do, including eating, recovering and resting – as well as speaking, inspiring and guiding.
Structure is discipline in practice. When things are properly structured, they become easier to follow, more accessible and more precise in their impact. Our programmes and eco-system as structured in a way that’s always regimented, ensuring that everyone in the GoMAD community is able to derive maximum benefit from them.
